40 / 20 This total conditioning class is a combination of 40 minutes of cardio mix and 20 minutes of strength training (weights, medicine balls, flexi-bands, body bars).

CIRCUIT TRAINING This class offers a constantly-changing mix of cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training utilizing the fitness center equipment. Social interaction is a strong component of this group exercise class.

TRI WORKOUT Start your day with a combination of cardio resistance training and ab work. These workouts can be modified for all fitness levels.

F.I.T. (FUNCTIONAL INTENSE TONING) An effective body sculpting workout that splits 60% lower and 40% upper body exercises.

F.I.T. PLUS Incorporates balls and bands for an extra blast.

BOSU BLAST is 45 minutes of dynamic interval training. It combines strength & cardio using the amazing Bosu, weights, bands, body bards and YOU! This is one blast of a workout.

KICK BLAST This class is a fusion of Kickbox, blast of cardio and strength, plus a lot of soul! Get ready to learn the basic movements of Kickboxing, challenge your inner and outer strength! All levels.

POWER MAX This is one of Lynn Von Ruerden’s signature awesome classes!! This 60 min. class is broken into 4, 15 min segments of strength and cardio. This class is the overall experience. Don’t miss it! STEP / SCULPT Combining the aerobic benefits from Step with Sculpt’s toning powers, you’ll experience a complete body overhaul during this 60-minute class.

STEPS & ABS Our fabulous step class with the bonus of an awesome ab workout at the end. 20/20/20 An all in one work out!! 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength, and 20 min. of abs and stretch. It doesn’t get better than this….All levels.

SILVERSNEAKERS® - CARDIO CIRCUIT CLASS This advanced group exercise class is for SilverSneakers students who want more cardiovascular and muscular endurance conditioning. This class requires advanced levels of agility, balance and coordination. SilverSneakers II - Cardio Circuit is a non-impact cardiovascular conditioning class presented in a circuit format with alternating resistance took work and aerobic conditioning choreography.

All class formats and choreography options meet industry standards for older adult fitness outlined by all accrediting professional organizations and curriculum guidelines from the International Society for Aging and Physical Activity (ISAPA).
