Fitness for kids and young adults

Elite Sports Clubs recognize that a strong fitness program is important for the whole family. That’s why we offer specific classes, group training, and fitness center hours for juniors.  It is important at a young age for everybody to understand the importance of health and fitness.
 
For juniors ages 10 - 14, a special class called, Teen Nutrition and Training, TNT, allows Elite Juniors the ability to workout in the fitness centers safely and knowledgably.  TNT is offered at each facility.  It introduces teens to healthy eating, cardiovascular workouts, and weight training.  In addition, our personal trainers will put together a personalized, age-appropriate workout program, with special attention given to growing bones and muscles.  There are group classes and also individual classes.  Contact a personal trainer for more information.

 
Junior Hours   FREE Junior Group Exercise Classes
Junior hours are hours in which our junior members ages 11 up to 16 are allowed to use the fitness center and multi-sports courts.  Our Junior Hours are typically 3:30-5:30 pm and after 7:00 pm on weekdays and 12-5 pm on weekends.   Hours may differ from fitness center to fitness center.
