Elite Sports Clubs have studios for specialized individual and group training classes for pilates reformer and gravity. Individual class for pilates reformer focuses on the core postural muscles, which supports alignment of the spine and balance. Great for strengthening the core muscles and long, lean muscles. Gravity is an individual or small group class, which uses body weight resistant training and unrestricted range of motion.
