Why Group Ex?

Elite Sports Clubs offers over 100 FREE Group X classes a week.  Group X is included complimentary in every membership.  Each class offers a variety from class to class, even with the same instructor.  It is a sociable yet motivating atmosphere to workout with instruction.  Through our 4 different categories of Group X classes, one can get a full body workout in strength training and cardio throughout the week without ever going into the fitness center.  Consult an instructor or personal trainer for recommendations of Group X classes to take.

 

Group Ex Categories

cardio

Aerobic based activity that helps to strengthen the heart and the lungs, increase stamina and burn optimal calories in a fun class setting. Click here to see Cardio Groups

mind/body

These classes incorporate mind/ body awareness. Benefits include improved flexibility, strength and balance. Proper breath work, postural alignment and coordination are also emphasized. Click here to see Mind / Body Groups

strength

Classes used to increase muscle strength, bone density as well as burn fat. Click here to see Strength Groups

cross training/fusion

The newest rage in fitness, fusion classes incorporate different modalities in a single class. This is a total body workout that focuses on cardiovascular training, strength training, balance work and flexibility. Click here to see Cross Training / Fusion Groups
